By accessing and utilizing Online Image Converter, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using this application.
2 Service Overview & Client-Side Operation
Online Image Converter provides free, browser-native conversion and optimization tools for raster and vector graphics formats (including WebP, JPEG, PNG, AVIF, HEIC, SVG, ICO, GIF, BMP).
You acknowledge that the entire conversion pipeline operates exclusively within your client web browser via WebAssembly, HTML5 Canvas, and Web Workers. The availability and speed of processing are directly dependent on your local computing hardware and browser capabilities.
3 Intellectual Property & Image Ownership
- Your Ownership: You retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to any source media you process. Because files are processed strictly in local RAM, we claim no rights, licenses, or title over your media.
- Application Code: The Online Image Converter website design, interface elements, vector tracing scripts, and branding are the property of Ishara M. and open-source contributors.
4 Permitted Use & Lawful Conduct
You agree to use Online Image Converter only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, inject malware into, or interfere with the client-side execution of the web application.
- Use the tool to process or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Circumvent or attempt to disable any safety mechanisms or memory boundary protections implemented in the tool.
5 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Online Image Converter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Under no circumstances shall the developer or maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or browser crashes resulting from exceptionally large media batches. Users are advised to retain original copies of their media.
6 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date.
