Welcome to Force LTE Only. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Force LTE Only mobile application ("App") operated by Ishara Madhusanka ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

2. Description of Service

Force LTE Only is a mobile application that provides:

  • Real-time LTE/5G signal monitoring and analysis
  • Network speed testing functionality
  • Signal strength and network metrics visualization
  • Data usage tracking
  • Quick access to system network settings

3. User Eligibility

The App is available to users who:

  • Are at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  • Have a compatible Android device running Android 7.0 (API 24) or higher
  • Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

4. Permissions

To function properly, the App requires certain permissions:

  • Phone State - To read cellular signal information
  • Location - Required by Android for detailed cell information
  • Internet - For speed test functionality
  • Notifications - For speed test reminders

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Use the App to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Data and Information

All data collected by the App is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

The signal metrics, speed test results, and other information provided by the App are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the precision or reliability of any measurements.

The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and uses Cloudflare's servers for speed tests. These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Ishara Madhusanka and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. App Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve features, or enhance security.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishara Madhusanka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ishara Madhusanka from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PixelEye is based. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
